Wrap-A-Mania
All at the chow hall!
Banana-PB-Honey Wrap … Really healthy and quick and easy!
Ingredients:
1. Wheat wrap
2. 1 PB packet
3. Honey to taste
4. 1 medium sized banana
Directions:
1. Put everything in the wrap. And wrap it up!
2. You could even take this stuff to the guys in the back of the chow hall to grill up HOT!
Chicken/Turkey Avocado Wrap … Really healthy and quick and easy!
Ingredients:
1. Wheat wrap
2. Sliced chicken breast OR turkey sammich meat
3. Low fat dressing
4. 1/3 medium avocado
5. Extras: lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, cheese est.
Directions:
1. Put everything in the wrap. And wrap it up!
2. You could even take this stuff to the guys in the back of the chow hall to grill up HOT!
Tuna Wrap … Really healthy and quick and easy!
Ingredients:

2. Tuna
3. Low fat dressing/mayo
4. Extras: pickles, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, cheese est.

1. Put everything in the wrap. And wrap it up!

Breakfast Wrap … Really healthy and quick and easy!

1. Scramble with err’thing
2. Turkey bacon or sausage
3. Salsa
4. Optional: 1/3 medium avocado
Directions:
1. Put everything in the wrap. And wrap it up!
